The Process
Once we receive your initial enquiry and completed design questionnaire (linked below), a member of the Raebrooke team will be in touch as soon as possible to schedule a complimentary 30-minute video call to discuss your project in more detail. Following the call, we’ll provide you with a quotation and proposed project timeline.
Once you're happy to proceed, we typically allow 2-3 weeks per room for the first design revision after the agreed start date - though this may vary depending on the scope of the project. We’ll confirm the timeline during your initial consultation.
Before we begin designing, we’ll need accurate measurements of your space. You can take these yourself using our measurement guide, or opt for a site visit as part of your package, where we’ll take care of the measurements for you.
